Beyond Bank Account Data: Adding Value to Your Online Finance Offerings

During the past two years we’ve presented a number of articles containing ideas for using the online medium to enhance financial services. This month we focus on tactics you can use to enhance the degree of personalization delivered through your Web and automated messaging (e-mail, browser alerts, Web subscriptions, fax, or voice). You may also want to refer to previous articles for additional ideas.

  • Web-based services delivered primarily to users visiting your Web site (pull)
  • E-mail/outbound messaging tactics (push)

Next month, we’ll expand on some of the more promising ideas and discuss implementation and business case issues.
