Financial Institution Milestones -- Ceres Securities Offers $8 Trades

Ameritrade Holding Corp’s Ceres Securities unit is offering $8 flat-rate trades to AOL users for the first six months. After the introductory period the price reverts to the normal $18 per trade flat-fee.
