This month we begin a new feature. Net-Only Bank Watch will track leading North American banking and/or lending companies operating in cyberspace. Companies don’t have to be chartered financial institutions, the only qualification is that they deal in banking and/or lending services and exist primarily on the Web. The companies can be independent companies, privately held or public, or they can be autonomous divisions of traditional financial services companies. Send suggestions to netonly@obr.net .
