Claim to Fame: Web-based start-up already boasting a market cap of $80 to $100 million (based on 10 million shares outstanding, trading on the OTC BB under BLLS) after just a few months in business and one announced customer, a pilot with the home town San Antonio Water System.


Status Report
:
  •  Launched company in Jan. 99.
  •  Planning on launching bills.com later this year, “the first Internet portal where consumer will be able to pay all their bills online at no charge” (our italics).
  •  Marketing turnkey bill presentment and payment service bureau solutions to small and mid-sized billers.
  •  Processing is from Checkfree and software is from BlueGill.
