NCR Corp. says Great Britain’s PayPoint PLC is buying 400 EasyPoint ATMs. This is the first major ATM deal for NCR’s NCR EasyPoint LLC unit, formed when NCR bought the ATM assets of Tidel Technologies Inc. for $10.2 million in Feb. 2005. That deal closed in the fourth quarter. Separately, NCR Corp. says Raleigh, N.C.-based First Citizens Bank, with $14.6 billion in assets, signed a five-year deal to use NCR’s ATM upgrades, replacements and services.
